Area Development and Home Approval

Want to renovate your porch, build a shed, or add a pool? Be sure to review the Carleton Shores Neighborhood Association Construction Requirements and Procedures, which were revised in 2016.

The CSA Construction Requirements and Procedures must be followed for any building or major landscaping, and all work must be approved by the Area Development and Home Approval Committee prior to start of the project. If you need clarification of anything contained in the Requirements and Procedures, please contact a member of the Area Development and Home Approval Committee.
